So this doesn't have anything to do with our wedding, but I am so excited I can't help writing an entry about it.
I got into LSU-Heath and Sciences Center!!!!!!!
School starts in May after the wedding, and I will graduate in August 2014 fully competent to treat, diagnose, prescribe medicine, assist in surgeries, and order and interpret tests! I interviewed on Monday and got an email on Wednesday saying that I had been chosen for one of the 36 spots. This year over 1,000 people applied to LSU's PA school, and I can't believe I was picked. I keep re-reading the email just to be sure that it is really happening.
Believe it! An incredible achievement just to be chosen for interview, much less chosen for acceptance into the program. Congratulations to you Courtney. This is truly a direct reflection of the commitment and preparation you put into preparing for the PA program.
